Hi guys, my names Tristan and this is my weight loss story. Most of he time i have been around 235 lbs and pretty built but I had surgery on my legs about 2 years ago. Waiting for surgery and the recovery time paid a tole on my body where i gained quite a bit of weight. I would try to get back in shape but it seemed impossible because i was already so heavy.

My wife and I just had a baby in march and I am the stay at home parent. Its gets tricky trying to loose weight by just walking with a stroller. Than I get a phone call in the beginning of June from my mother saying my father is in the hospital awaiting a quadruple bypass.

June 30th, 2012 I weighed in at 324.7 lbs the heaviest I have ever been! As of August 23rd, 2012. I weighed in at 276.4 lbs. Within that time i also didn't take the pills for a whole week because visiting my parents I forgot them!. While on or even off the pills i didn't suffer any side affects or gain any weight back when i wasn't taking them. i stayed the exact same. I still have 12 more days to go and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to loose weight! The only downfall to the whole diet was having to pee extra because your drinking lots of water. That really doesn't matter though because you get to eat 6 meals a day
